In the last hours of the night, the believer is awake- asking Allah swt desperately to fulfil his most dire needs through this supplication. The believer asks Allah (swt) by His various Perfect Attributes, and uses these Attributes as intercessors with the Almighty and Glorified Lord. Through these words, the believer's confidence in his Generous Creator is raised, and consequently his hopes of having his prayers answered are also raised.
